Pendant with direct light downwards and layers of flaps that diffuse the light around. Panton was known for his skillful play with basic geometric shapes, figures and systems - often taking inspiration from organic silhouettes found in nature, and the Hive pendant is no exception. Made from several concentric tabs of varying sizes, the pendant's layered design offers a very characteristic, sculptural quality, ensuring 100% glare-free light.
