This artisanal dish comes from Nocrich, a commune in Sibiu County, Romania, in the Transylvania region. Nocrich is famous for its pottery and pottery. The ancient communities of Transylvanian Saxons who lived here in large numbers of up to 300,000 people and cultivated the design and production of these pieces, left this region long ago, but are now slowly migrating back. finally after the end of the Ceausescu regime and the fall of the communist bloc. With the help of Fundação Adept the ceramic craft is being reintroduced and nurtured. This is fortunate and now we can bring these beautiful techniques and designs back to life.
